The High Cost of Education

I plan on applying for scholarships and working part time in order to pay for college. I feel like I need to research more college information such as scholarships, tuition costs, and other types of college financial aid. I have not yet applied for FAFSA but will be applying for it very soon since it is a helpful financial aid that all college students should receive. This help from the government is very helpful since on average college students "with loans graduate with $25,000 in debt". President Obama believes that federal financial aid should slightly be shifted to students that are able to control tuition costs, instead of those that have a hard time controlling their tuition costs. He also wants to create training programs for community college students that ensures them a job after graduating.
Overall I believe that students should not procrastinate when in comes to the word "COLLEGE". Students should research whether they are capable of paying for certain colleges before applying and/or getting accepted into them. It is highly recommended to apply for as many scholarships as possible. They are great help. And even if you don't receive the scholarship you have nothing to loose by applying for them. Remember to get as much financial help as you can possibly receive because college is not cheap!
